  • OM∞ Building, Madrid: As Europe's first business complex to achieve both LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum pre-certifications, this 39,000 m² facility incorporates 24 air handling units and 1,600 chilled beams from Swegon, ensuring optimal indoor climate and energy efficiency.
  • BBVA Headquarters, Madrid: Known as "La Vela," this iconic building achieved a 12–15% reduction in energy consumption through Swegon's rotary heat exchangers and integrated control systems, aligning with BBVA's environmental commitments.
